All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Techterio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@techterio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Order cancellation All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We accept refunds, returns, and exchanges for items purchased, with the following exceptions: items bought on sale or using a gift card are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
