Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed for fulfilment and prepared for shipment, and cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date.
We offer refunds to your original payment method for eligible online purchases only. This policy applies to all payment methods, including Buy Now & Pay Later services.
Return requirements
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in original packaging
- Unused and in original condition
- No signs of wear, damage, or installation
- Free from scratches or marks
- All protective films and accessories must remain intact and unopened
Items that have been used, installed, or altered cannot be accepted for return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above conditions. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
